Life living in the RV, Jellystone Park, and Dad's trip to Utah
Oh my goodness! Life living in the trailer is like a pleasant dream. We have made a lot of fun memories there. It was so simple and the view was absolutely gorgeous! There were days that I was going crazy because I just wanted a space to be by myself for a little bit. But oh it was a lot of fun. Derek was trying to talk me into selling the house and moving to the KOA. I did consider it because the view was beautiful: sunrises and sunsets.
We had a routine that we would follow where Derek and I still got up at the wee hours of the morning to go to the gym before work and the day started. Then we would do school in the trailer. After lunch, we always headed to the clubhouse to FaceTime Nana and Grandpa for reading time (I am so grateful for them reading to the kids. It has been so fun to see the kids love books and stories.) The rest of the afternoon just depended on the day.

Our life
Derek has a great staff that spoil him (he spoils them too). Happy Boss's Day!
I was decluttering and getting rid of my notebooks throughout the years. This was only half of it!
I love my notebooks, but it was time to let go.
During the renovation, this stray cat continued to hang around the house outside. It was sick looking and very skinny. We kept it around for a few weeks, but ended up taking it to the pound. The kids were begging to keep Sowball (what they named it) and Dad and Mom didn't like that idea!
At the end of the day, we enjoyed seeing the work they did on the house and seeing Snowball.
Love this life
Brinley finished her 2nd grade Math!
Movie Night
We read the book The Wizard of Oz as a family and loved it! There were some twists that were different than the movie. After we finished the book, we watched the movie.
Cleaning the RV
There was a local charity event and I where they had an obstacle course for kids and then a zumbathon for the adults. It was so much fun! We got a slurpee to support the cause! The money was going to a local teacher who got cancer and they were raising money for her treatment.
This cute girl lost her first tooth!!!
Brinley is testing to see if she can still dump water while someone showers.
I love my new bathroom!!!
It is fun to see how pick stuff out and wonder if it will all tie together.
This remodel has been a learning experience for me because I have had to have some hard conversations with people and making so many decision about what tile, etc. It is a lot, but I LOVE how it all turned out!
Isn't the view beautiful!
Thanks Grandma for the Halloween package!
At the RV camp there is a pond where Derek learned/taught the kids to fish.
It was a fun little hobby.
We went to a special RV park that is geared towards kids callled Jellystone Park in Tyler. It was October so everything was Halloween themed. We all had a great time! It might replace our Vala tradition in Omaha. The RV park has pickle ball, golf, a big pond, jump pillow, and Saturday was a day packed with Halloween activities. We first met the Yogi the Bear, went on a magic pumpkin patch where we picked a pumpkin, painted the pumpkin, when mining for gems, painted a clay figurine, and then ended with going trick or treating. It was a lot of fun!
Oh yes- laser tagging too
Love this partner of mine- We are laughing at the kids play laser tag, while having our own tournament with the horseshoes.
