IT'S A(nother) GIRL

These aren't the greatest pictures but I wanted to get something up for today after having Desiree.

Here is Jenny getting ready to go in for the C-section! Doesn't she look gorgeous!?

I was holding Jenny's hand and they had a sheet up so that we couldn't see the operating site. They began the incision at 7:30. At 7:35 I poked my head up and saw a head of hair coming out! I couldn't believe my eyes! Desiree Ann Williams was born at 7:36, weighing in at 7lb 7oz and 20 inches long.

Look at this hair! I'm blonde and Jenny was actually blonde for the first few years of her life. Needless to say, we've been surprised but very pleased with this thick head of dark hair.

Jenny had a few small complications with her incision but things worked out well. We are grateful to live in a time where these procedures can happen with controlled pain management and great staff.

Grandma Martinson is here! And you know what that means!? The girls get spoiled with lots of clothes, movies, and McDonald's trips! The girls have been excited for Grandma to come and are enjoying every minute with her. We are very grateful for her coming and helping us out during this time of craziness.
Ashlyn wore this new outfit to Church today.

Claire is getting more and more mobile, but it comes with it's challenges:

This is me trying to get some laundry done. The girls just love to be by their mom or dad, whoever is around. In this instance, sitting on Dad's lap while doing laundry.

We finally brought Mommy and Desiree home today! We were so glad to be back together again under one roof!
