Derek's Graduation

Hooding and Graduation!

I can't believe that it actually happened!  It seems like a dream because we have been waiting for this moment for so long.  Introducing Dr. Derek Williams DDS.  Within the four years of dental school we had three additional princesses to our family.  Derek has been an amazing hubby and daddy to our girls, all the while working hard in school and exploring dental town.
WE LOVE YOU DADDY!

During the Hooding Ceremony, we had the common area to ourselves so we took some pictures...what an adventure.

Love all the smiles!  (check out Claire's new smiles with the wink- ha ha)

The many emotions captured in 10 seconds captured in the next three pictures.  Good luck Derek with the next 15 years experiencing the emotional roller coaster with all these girls!!!

Ashlyn is growing up so fast.  She is a sweet girl who befriends anyone that she comes in contact with.  We love how creative, smart, and kind she is.  Derek and I feel so blessed to have her as the oldest sister because she is a great example for her sisters.

Brinley is full of laughter and joy.  I wish I had half the amount of energy that she has.  She brings a smile to my face with her mischievous and happy personality.

Oh our sweet Claire bear.  She is turning into a little girl so fast.  She is beginning to talk in sentences. She loves to keep up with her sisters.  We enjoy how sweet and lovable she is.

Baby Des is a fun addition to the family.  We consider her our most smiley baby (ha ha she isn't smiling in this picture).  We love all the smiles and giggles.  She is also a good sport being smothered by her three older sisters.

I love my mom so much!  I am so blessed to have her as my mom and the great grandma she is to my girls!  We sure love you!

I love watching these two become best friends.  There are times when they fight, but there is more joy and good moments when these two are together.  It melts my heart to see their friendship grow everyday.  Sisters are so special!

Derek was yawning at his own graduation.

The moment we have all been waiting for...

Hooding

We are so grateful that family was able to come celebrate this moment with us.  We couldn't have done it without the support of our families.

Claire loved following the trains at the gardens. It is so fun to see her experience life through new eyes as she can now walk and explore things.

Why not?

Thank you to Granny and Gramps for the birthday card! I wish I would've got a video, her face lit up when she saw the dollar bills! $$$$$

This superwoman can multitask like crazy! Ask her if being a mother was ever an excuse to take it easy!

Desiree had a great time!

GREAT WOLF LODGE! We have gone every year since living in Omaha. We enjoy it every time.

Claire found herself a new dad... The guy had absolutely no reaction.

Ashlyn found two things she loves: 1) scriptures 2) a phone.

Our best friends the Vandy Graff's went with us this year! We were so glad!

Out for the count!

Jenny and I had our last date night in Omaha! Where did we choose! Stella's! Great burgers! We forgot to find my picture on the Wall of Shame! (from my attempt to eat the 6-patty burger the Stellanator)

Cute.

We went to the Manawa Park. It is pretty fun and it was a beautiful day. Jenny and I had just been talking the day before about our ideal family vacations. I talked about being in the aspens with a nice cool breeze and relaxing. This was pretty close.

We spent a LOT of time on this tire swing.

I told Jenny I'd give her $5 if she let me push her for 60 seconds. It was worth every penny.

Ashlyn finished her first year of "Let's Play Music". She did great and she has had a wonderful teach, Mindy Van De Graaff.

Brinley LOVES ranch! Here she can be seen feeling bad after a mild reprimand due to putting her mouth on the bottle of ranch (like she doesn't already have enough on her plate).

Like I said before, Ashlyn LOVES phones. She has asked me probably ten times how old she has to be to get a phone. I always tell her "sixteen". Her next question is, "How many more years until I turn 16?" She got this older phone from her aunt Minnie. She took it to church and thought it would be funny to prank the lady in front of us and put it next to her phone. It definitely confused the lady for a minute.

Rice Krispy BEARD! Like a boss.

Jenny needed a root canal on one of her molars. She was nice enough to trust me to do it for her. It was good for both of us to go through this experience together. G

Here's the xrays. How'd I do? Will have to do the crown in Lufkin.

This girl gets cuter each day!

Went in for my colonoscopy! Had two very small polyps removed.

Jenny and I attended "Senior Banquet". It was a dinner where they gave out awards to a few instructors, and made fun of the rest with a bunch of videos made. We had a great time.

Just look at this face!
