Claire loved following the trains at the gardens. It is so fun to see her experience life through new eyes as she can now walk and explore things.
Why not?
Thank you to Granny and Gramps for the birthday card! I wish I would've got a video, her face lit up when she saw the dollar bills! $$$$$
This superwoman can multitask like crazy! Ask her if being a mother was ever an excuse to take it easy!
GREAT WOLF LODGE! We have gone every year since living in Omaha. We enjoy it every time.
Claire found herself a new dad... The guy had absolutely no reaction.
Ashlyn found two things she loves: 1) scriptures 2) a phone.
Our best friends the Vandy Graff's went with us this year! We were so glad!
Out for the count!
Jenny and I had our last date night in Omaha! Where did we choose! Stella's! Great burgers! We forgot to find my picture on the Wall of Shame! (from my attempt to eat the 6-patty burger the Stellanator)
Cute.
We went to the Manawa Park. It is pretty fun and it was a beautiful day. Jenny and I had just been talking the day before about our ideal family vacations. I talked about being in the aspens with a nice cool breeze and relaxing. This was pretty close.
We spent a LOT of time on this tire swing.
I told Jenny I'd give her $5 if she let me push her for 60 seconds. It was worth every penny.
Ashlyn finished her first year of "Let's Play Music". She did great and she has had a wonderful teach, Mindy Van De Graaff.
Brinley LOVES ranch! Here she can be seen feeling bad after a mild reprimand due to putting her mouth on the bottle of ranch (like she doesn't already have enough on her plate).
Like I said before, Ashlyn LOVES phones. She has asked me probably ten times how old she has to be to get a phone. I always tell her "sixteen". Her next question is, "How many more years until I turn 16?" She got this older phone from her aunt Minnie. She took it to church and thought it would be funny to prank the lady in front of us and put it next to her phone. It definitely confused the lady for a minute.
Rice Krispy BEARD! Like a boss.
Jenny needed a root canal on one of her molars. She was nice enough to trust me to do it for her. It was good for both of us to go through this experience together. G
Here's the xrays. How'd I do? Will have to do the crown in Lufkin.
This girl gets cuter each day!
Went in for my colonoscopy! Had two very small polyps removed.
Jenny and I attended "Senior Banquet". It was a dinner where they gave out awards to a few instructors, and made fun of the rest with a bunch of videos made. We had a great time.
Just look at this face!
