Happy 4th of July!!!

To start of the celebration of the 4th of July, we went to the College Home Run Derby on July 3rd.  This year it was amazing to watch these great College Players followed by a firework show that was amazing!  There is something so magical about watching fireworks with the ones we love! We were amazed at how long the firework show lasted, about 8 full songs!  It was so fun!!!

So this isn't the best picture, but Brinley was crawling under the seats at the baseball game and found some popcorn under the seats.  If they found an empty container of popcorn, it was Brinley!!

We got back so late from the Home Run Derby, Ashlyn slept in til 9:30am and Brinley 10am.  They woke up to a delicious "Firework" (mixed colors of red and blue) waffle and eggs!

I am so happy that Brinley's hair is finally long enough for ponytail.
She looks like an adorable little girl!

After breakfast, there was a Village Green Kids Parade where everyone decorates their bikes and wagons and have a parade down the street.  The kids had a great time!

Brinley will now say cheese whenever I take her picture.  Hopefully soon she will get the smile and cheese down in unison while taking her picture.

After the parade, Ashlyn was racing with our neighbors down the street.

Happy America Day!!! (That is what Ashlyn calls the 4th).

Daddy with his two cute girls!  It was a 4th of July miracle that he went to the parade.  His favorite part was when he called out to a Star Wars Character said, "It's a trap!" and the guy froze. Ha ha. Derek loved it!  (I think you have to be a Star War Fan to understand- I had no idea what Derek was yelling out in front of this parade crowd).

I absolutely love this picture!  While daddy was pulling them in the wagon, Ashlyn put her arm around Brinley and they cuddled together.  They are best friends!!! I can't wait until we have our third little angel join these munchkins (our Ashlyn says munchkin, chunkmins).

Brinley discovered a new trick she could do, holding her one leg up in the air.  Everytime, she would hold it and look at me with this big proud smile, but this is the best shot that I got!  I wish I got a picture of that big smile.  But it looks like we are going to have a gymnast in our bunch.

I wanted to get a picture of Ashlyn, but she decided to do poses for the camera with the flag.

My little American Monkeys sitting in the tree!
